LADIN BISTROT
The Ladin cuisine is a cuisine that uses the ingredients that the territory gives, the Ladin people have been able over time to prepare delicious dishes with what they had at their disposal: mushrooms, berries, apples, mountain milk from which to make ricotta cheese and yoghurt…
At Bar Pizzeria La Vedla we continue the tradition, to let our guests taste the simple but exquisite dishes of our land, such as the famous tulrtres, small pies stuffed with spinach or sauerkraut, or the panicia, the invigorating barley soup, or even our “balse da cioce”, that is to say, dumplings with speck ham.
Bistrot means a more limited choice of dishes, but in some way also more exquisite than a restaurant: the Ploner family’s passion for gastronomy and vast experience as restaurateurs has opted for this type of menu to delight you with traditional dishes, but with attention to execution and the use of fresh, seasonal ingredients.

Our pizzas are made with dough from selected ancient grains, which rise for a long time to give you flavour and digestibility in the same dish. Classic pizzas and house specialities are all worth trying for a quick dinnerĀ or with the family.
